Nick is our digital growth engine. Co-founder of Arc Biohacking and the driving force behind Bolt online, he turns attention into traction through smart performance ads, clean web builds, and story-driven content that actually converts.

He speaks both languages. The language of tech and the language of people. From websites in HTML and self-built AI modules to strong visuals and bold copy, he makes complex ideas simple and actionable.

Nick has a background in building AI for legal workflows, leading growth at CRYPTOTAG, and securing EU medical device licenses and registrations. He turns complex rules into clear steps, then ships fast and measures what matters.

Nick makes sure people find us, understand us, and keep coming back.

Richard

Richard is an ambitious and driven team player with a sharp eye for what matters most, in people, in strategy, and in results. Known for his positive energy and clear thinking, Richard brings a rare balance of optimism and realism to the Bolt team.
