Limited Warranty Statement

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the Bolt X1 (and other Arc biohacking physical goods, “Physical Goods”) under normal use during the applicable warranty period (“Warranty Period”).

Products altered or damaged by the user, such as through incorrect marking, engraving, stamping, modification, or other misuse, are not eligible for return or warranty service.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.

How will Arc biohacking correct the problem?

Arc biohacking will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.

How long does the coverage last?

Any defects or nonconformity of the product must be notified to Arc Biohacking in writing within 30 days after the defect has been discovered.

What does this Limited Warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by, including but not limited to:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Negligence, improper use, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, or modification.
  • Damage caused by natural events (e.g., lightning, flood, or other natural disasters).
  • Theft or loss of the Physical Goods.

Arc biohacking does not assume the risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while it is in transit to Arc biohacking.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service:

  1. Contact Arc biohacking first to help diagnose the issue and determine the most appropriate solution.
  2. If instructed, deliver the Physical Goods, preferably in the original packaging, and include any accessories or documents that were shipped with the product, to the address specified by Arc biohacking.
